In contrast to the mega church, there is an increasing population of small churches budding in the body of Christ.  Every Church that is called of God has a distinctive purpose for its existence.  For the small church today, the purpose of its existence may be known, however; the resources, support and training to maintain its purpose is limited.  There is a solution to the overwhelming challenges of the small church, the “ Iron Sharpens Iron Ministry Networking Conference” is an effort ordained of God to establish an incubative, support-based and developmental environment that specifically addresses the needs of the small church.
